Return and Refund Policy – Curtains

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Curtains can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The curtain has been used, washed, or altered.
  • The original packaging or tags are missing.
  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.
  • Curtains made to custom sizes, designs, or special orders.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Send a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include order details, product photos (if damaged/defective), and the reason for return.
  3. Email the request to abc@gmail.com.

After reviewing the request, instructions for the return process will be provided.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed after verification.
  • If the return is requested for other acceptable reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned curtain is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds are usually issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item is returned with minor damage not caused during shipping.
  • Some parts of the original packaging or accessories are missing.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the curtain arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact customer support immediately with clear photos of the issue for quick assistance.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process will apply.
